Some of you may or may not know this but, from today, everyone’s favourite session IPA is now officially gluten-free!
Well, it has been for a few months now but we’ve been trialling different methods and waiting for the official certification.
It’s brewed in exactly the same way as it always has been- same malt bill, still loads of simcoe, citra and centennial hops.
Just before we start fermentation, we add a magical enzyme which breaks down the specific gluten protein that causes allergic reactions or adverse health effects.
Absolutely no compromise on brewing technique or ingredients, we hope you keep enjoying Virtuous!
